I'm Stephanie Walker, the founder of StreetBites. I own Flip Flop Foods, a mobile food truck, and I founded the Southern Food Truck Owners Association.
Talking with other truck owners, the thing that stood out most was the hours spent each week posting location, menu, and events on social media — while customers asked over and over, "where will you be setup?"
StreetBites is my answer: it keeps the public informed in one place, cuts the time owners spend promoting, and gets us back on the trucks cooking and feeding the public.
